A covered front porch welcomes visitors to the Rochester I Floor Plan.  Entering the home, you’ll be impressed by the thoughtful design; from the foyer you enter the family room or a short hallway into the utility room or the two-car garage.  This “mud-room” style layout allows visitors to shed muddy boots before entering the living space from the garage or the front door.  The family room, featuring a beautiful tray ceiling, opens to a spacious dining room, which is open to the kitchen.  The family room also offers access to the back porch and a view of the back yard.  The kitchen overlooks both the dining room and family room.  Windows on either side of the corner sink in the kitchen provides a commanding view of the back yard and back patio.  The large master bedroom features a tray ceiling and access to the master bath.  The Master bath features a garden tub, shower, and two spacious walk-in closets.  Each of bedrooms 2 and 3 feature walk-in closets and share a hall with bathroom 2.
